Returns of products can be made up to 14 days after receipt.

In any case, the product must be returned with all the original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) as everything is part of the product you bought and in the condition received.
Returns are made with the transport company that we will indicate to you without incurring any costs, except for shipping costs.


In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete, the store has the right not to accept the return.
In case of return of the products, the refund will be completed within 10 days from the date we receive the product.
In case the above is not observed and the product does not meet the above conditions, the return of the product will not be accepted and the product will be sent back to the customer - sender at his expense.


In cases of purchase of products by deposit in a bank account, the refund will be made by deposit in the customer's bank account (IBAN)
In cases of purchase by credit or debit card, upon arrival of the products in our store, the debit of your card is canceled and the money is credited to your account.
You will be credited with all the amount you have paid, except the initial shipping costs and the costs for returning the products to our store.
If you have prepaid the order with Paypal, as soon as we receive the products will be returned to your Paypal account.


In case of return due to an erroneous assessment, the shipping costs are borne by the buyer.


In case of a proven defective product the shipping costs are borne by us.


In case the product to be returned

a) does not prove to be defective,
(b) it has been established that it has been used;
c) its packaging has been damaged, it is returned to the buyer with transport costs borne by him.


Defective products are not exchanged for different products or money.
Returns due to miscalculation are not exchanged for cash.



The customer can withdraw the sale within 14 days of receipt of the product and at his own expense return it to the online store. The online store is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY if the above conditions are met.

The refund money is sent within 10 working days of receiving the product.

The refund for payment by cash on delivery or bank deposit is made by bank transfer from the company's account to the customer's account who should send the following information to
